  • I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for fall and holiday season dates.

    General guidance:

    • Family sessions: 3–8 weeks in advance

    • Maternity sessions: ideally by week 20–28 of pregnancy

    • Newborn sessions: during pregnancy to reserve your due-date window

    • Events/Weddings: as early as possible

  • Most maternity sessions are best between 28–34 weeks.

    This is typically when your bump is visible and you’re still comfortable moving around for photos.

  • Newborn lifestyle sessions are often scheduled within the first few weeks after birth, but flexible timing works depending on your family’s needs.

    The best way to secure availability is to book while pregnant.

  • Absolutely! Partner and family participation is always welcome for maternity, newborn lifestyle, and family sessions.

  • Current portrait session lengths are:

    • Mini Session: 20 minutes

    • Signature Session: 40 minutes

    • Full Session: 60 minutes

  • Portrait collections include:

    • Mini: 10 edited images

    • Signature: 20 edited images

    • Full: 35 edited images

    Bundle collections include:

    • Bundle Essential: 30 images total (15 per session)

    • Bundle Signature: 50 images total (25 per session)

  • Yes. Additional images and full gallery upgrades are available after gallery delivery through your online gallery.

  • Your images are delivered in a private online gallery (Pic-Time), where you can:

    • View your photos

    • Download included images

    • Purchase additional images or full gallery upgrades

    • Order prints/products

  • Typical turnaround is about 2–3 weeks for portrait sessions.

    Larger events and weddings may vary depending on coverage length.

  • Yes. High-quality professional print products are available directly from your online gallery.

  • I recommend comfortable, coordinated outfits in neutral/earth tones.

    Avoid bright neon colors, large logos, and busy patterns.

    If you need help deciding, I’m happy to guide you before your session.

  • For outdoor sessions, if weather is unsafe or unsuitable, we’ll reschedule to a better date at no extra cost.

  • A retainer/deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due by the session date.

    Payment options and payment plans are available through my booking system.

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
