A: Family sessions: 3–8 weeks in advance. Maternity: ideally by 20–28 weeks. Newborn: book during pregnancy. Events/Weddings: as early as possible.

Q: When is the best time for maternity photos?

A: Most maternity sessions are best between 28–34 weeks.

Q: When should newborn photos be taken?

A: Newborn lifestyle sessions are typically within the first few weeks after birth. Booking during pregnancy secures your date window.

Q: Can my partner and children be included?

A: Absolutely. Partner and family participation is welcome.

Q: How long are portrait sessions?

A: Mini: 20 minutes. Signature: 40 minutes. Full: 60 minutes.

Q: How many edited images are included?

A: Mini: 10 images. Signature: 20 images. Full: 35 images. Bundle Essential: 30 total. Bundle Signature: 50 total.

Q: Can I purchase additional images?

A: Yes, additional images and full-gallery upgrades are available after delivery.

Q: How will I receive my photos?

A: Via a private Pic-Time online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints.

Q: How long does gallery delivery take?

A: Portrait sessions are typically delivered in 2–3 weeks. Events/weddings vary by coverage length.

Q: Do you offer prints and albums?

A: Yes. Professional print products are available directly from your gallery.

Q: What should we wear?

A: Coordinated neutral/earth tones work best. Avoid neon, logos, and busy patterns.

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A: Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost if the weather is unsafe.

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: 50% non-refundable retainer secures your session date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session start time. Payment options and plans are available through booking.

A: If you need to reschedule, contact me ASAP, and I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability and agreement terms.

A: Yes. I guide natural, flattering prompts so you feel comfortable.
