Welcome! I'm Liana Herrera, a portrait photographer based in Canyon Country, California, serving families across the Santa Clarita Valley and LA County. I specialize in family, maternity, newborn lifestyle, and children's photography, the seasons of life that fly by fastest and deserve to be remembered best.
How I started: I picked up my first 'real' camera when my oldest was a baby, determined to freeze the little moments I knew I'd forget. What started as a mama with a camera became a business built on one belief: every family deserves photos that feel like them so not stiff, not forced, just real.
As a mom of two boys myself, I get it. The wiggles, the silly faces, the toddler who suddenly needs a snack right now. That's exactly why my sessions are relaxed and play-based. I won't ask your kids to sit still and say cheese for an hour. We'll play, snuggle, explore, and laugh, and I'll quietly capture the magic happening in between. The result?
